Pakoras: Cooking Recipes

For batter
2 egg whites
11/2 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp plain flour
Milk as required
For marination:1 kg prawns
11/2 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
Method:
Marinate prawns in Soya sauce and chilli sauce for an hour.
Mix all the other ingredients, adding some milk to it.
Dip the prawns in the prepared batter and deep fry.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
